Chunky Facial Scrubbies
These facial scrubbies are so quick and easy they're great for teacher's gifts, Mother's Day gifts, and spa baskets for your next craft fair. Made of 100% chunky cotton, the makeup remover pads are lightly textured, reusable and can be machine washed and dried. Each reusable face pad takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete so you can make several of them in an hour and on skein will net 4-5 scrubbies. Designed with the crochet seller in mind, this facial round crochet pattern is profit-optimized and sure to please your customers!
Oversized Farm House Washcloths
These oversized "Farm House Washcloths" work up very easily and there's even a pattern and a full video tutorial to help you along! Handmade washcloths make a thoughtful and long lasting gift for housewarming parties, showers or as a thank you gift. Grab some worsted weight cotton yarn, your Size H crochet hook and a bit of time and you can make these gorgeous kitchen accessories. Single crochet and chain stitches make up most of the pattern so it's a breeze!
Simple Shells Washcloth: Quick and Easy Textured Stitch Pattern
The Simple Shells Washcloth is made with alternating rows of solid stitches and groups of shells, creating a pretty surface for scrubbing anything you need in the bath and kitchen! This washcloth is worked in rows using chains and double crochet stitches. You can easily customize the stitch repeat in multiples of 5+2 (+2 for the turning chain), then work any odd multiple of rows. While you don't see the term shell in the specialty stitch and technique section of this pattern, the group of five double crochet stitches worked into one place is a shell. Either way of writing the instruction is correct, and we hope beginners enjoy the simplicity in this version (the stitch chart should help, too). THIS IS A GREAT PATTERN BECAUSE: Washcloths are fun projects to learn new crochet stitches (especially when you follow our crochet chart with the written instructions)! You can use these in the bath or kitchen (plus, they make great gifts)! This project works great with cotton yarns (just one skein or less)! You'll get to practice a lot of crochet skills: rows, stitch tension, stitch counting and recognition, shells (5 double crochet stitches into 1 space) , borders, gauge and size, finishing techniques and more!
Easter Bunny Towel and Washcloth Set
Ever since designing my very first character Christmas towel in 2019, (the Snowman Kitchen Towel), I've wanted to design other character towels to celebrate all of the holidays. The Easter Bunny Crochet Hand Towel and Washcloth Set was designed to add a little fun, crochet decor to your home for the Easter Season. YARN Cotton is the go-to fiber for crochet dish cloths, dish towels, and hand towels as it's the most absorbent. There are several cotton yarns out there that would be perfect for this project, but I chose to use Lily Sugar n' Cream 100% worsted weight cotton yarn. Lily Sugar n' Cream is available in 39 colors so I was able to find all of the colors I needed for this project within the same yarn line.
