Crochet Bowl Cosy
I designed these easy peasy bowl cosies after seeing quilted fabric ones online. They are quickly worked up in rounds and can be made in stripes or just one colour! Just reach into your stash of scrap cotton yarns, grab a 2.5mm crochet hook and get crocheting! I chose cotton yarn for its durability. My bowl cosies have been through the washing machine over and over with minimal signs of wear. This pattern should fit a bowl approximately 15-17cm in diameter at the top, 6-8cm at the base and 7cm high.

Microwaveable crochet bowl cozies had their moment in 2018 and I thought they were a brilliant idea. After searching for the perfect free pattern for a bowl cover that would fit my Corelle dinnerware I finally decided to just design my own. This simple bowl cozy pattern is easy enough for a beginner and will fit any standard size Corelle brand bowl.
