This blushing ruffle granny square blanket is so feminine and pretty. The basic granny square is front and center with this lovely crochet pattern. Square Colors in This Crochet Baby Blanket There are ten of each granny square for a total of 20 squares. Square one consists of four rounds of petal pink and two rounds of dusty grey. Square two consists of four founds of Dusty Grey and two rounds of Charcoal Grey. Granny square blankets are so fun to make. Great crochet pattern for a beginner.

This simple and super soft crochet blanket in the pictures below won't take you as much time as you'd think! To be fair, it's quite easy and fast to crochet! The border was made with herringbone HDC, which looks very elegant and simple, perfect for a stroller blankie.

"With St. Patrick's Day less than a month away, I thought a Rainbow Shamrock blanket pattern would be a fun and quick project to share with you all! Aside from white, you won't have more than one color in each row. This really cut down on the number of ends that I had to weave in. To be fair for you left handed crocheters, I flipped the graph so that you will also only have one rainbow color in each row. This blanket consists of 5 different black and white designs. Making 4 of each square. When I started making this blanket, there was no end plan in mind. Once I got the hang of crocheting a granny square, I just started pairing the black and white in different styles. I love how they turned out.

Have fun laying them out to create a unique look. Add a double crochet border to each granny square, then join the squares. This was my second granny square blanket I had ever made. Therefore, I think this would be great for anyone to master. While black and white yarn was used for this pretty throw, it would look great in other color combinations too.
