Ankylosaurus Crochet Dinosaur

This free dinosaur crochet pattern is modeled after an armored dinosaur during the late Cretaceous period. It had bony plates covering its body, a club at the end of its tail, and a beak and small teeth for browsing plants. However, it's a reasonably simple pattern using only basic and bobble stitches as a special stitch.

Andy, the Apatosaurus

The Apatosaurus is a massive herbivorous sauropod dinosaur with a thicker and lower-set neck than the Brontosaurus. It is simple to make and requires only a few hours to complete. Not to mention, the Apatosaurus looks so adorable with its thin eyebrows. The finished size is 10" sitting and 13" standing.

Strawberry Gnome

Summer is finally here and the strawberries are filling up the garden. Among them I found this sweet little strawberry gnome. Crocheted out of 4-ply cotton, with yellow seed beads added to represent the seeds and his dress slipped over a recycled cork, this project really does say summer. The two flowers that he has stuck in his hat, just add that extra little bit of cuteness. This is a quick little project that will put a smile on someone's face when you top summer’s first bowl of strawberries with him.
