This little dress works up so fast and is the perfect addition to an heirloom doll gift. I have several doll dress designs drawn out for the Heirloom Doll, but I decided to start with a dress that does not require any buttons or Velcro to fasten it around the doll. This makes it safer for young children, like my 22 month old daughter.
Doll Emma Crochet Amigurumi Pattern
Here is a cute little doll pattern that would make a wonderful gift for a child. All aspects of the doll can be customized for your giftee. You can change the hair, eye, skin, and clothes colors. Bernat Baby Doll
This sweet doll in the pictures below is another incredible project that's made using Bernat Blanket yarn. I can't get enough of it, because it's so incredibly soft and cozy! This lovely doll works up very quickly and the finished size is approximately 9 inches tall.

Lulu Doll
However, the amigurumi doll doesn't have to be a strictly true to form classic. Thus, here is a pattern for a more modern take. Overall, the Lulu doll will be a wonderful way of crocheting a series of dolls with different accessories and of different sizes. Of course, you can take these dolls and do them up in a classic fashion, but really, there is just so much room to work with in the modern style as well.
