TagsTiktok Bee Crochet Pattern In 3 Sizes
If you are on TikTok, you know this bee pattern. Even if you're not, I am sure at some point you crossed paths with this fun bumblebee design, usually crocheted in bulky yarn. I got asked over and over to make this amigurumi bee and finally, last month I got some free time between my usual blanket projects, to make it for my grandkids. And of course, I had to make my own pattern. Initially, I started making it in super bulky yarn thinking I'll just release it as a bumblebee cushion for kids. But then Mr.B made a comment that got me thinking: You know, if you make smaller bees, this will actually look good as a baby mobile he said You can hang the small bumblebees under the big bee and will look really cool he continued. And then the penny dropped! You can actually make this TikTok bee in different sizes, using the same pattern, but different yarn weight and hook size.
Tiger Bitty Bumble
A little bit of cute with a touch of sass. That's what I think of when I see this Crochet Tiger Bitty Bumble. This little burst of fun is the third small amigurumi in my series: Bitty Bumbles. These bitty bumbles are just so darn fun to make. Make one for your office or to tuck on a shelf. Or make them for a little one in your life who might just carry them around by the fistful!
Benevolent Bumble Bee
The Benevolent Bumble Bee is big, sweet, and ready for a cuddle - no stings, I promise! Make one for someone special with this free crochet pattern on Moogly! The Benevolent Bumble Bee is made with Red Heart With Love and stuffed with Fairfield Poly-fil. By holding the yarn doubled, and using a small hook, the fabric is tight enough to stuff without needing any sort of fabric lining. This pattern is also made amigurumi style (but so big!) - the rounds are worked in spirals, with no joins. This prevents that tell-tale seem, but you'll also want to have stitch markers on hand to mark the first stitch of each round. Believe me, you don't want to skip it, especially when working with black yarn!
Little Pig With Bucket
My latest crochet pattern features a little pig carrying a small bucket. This tutorial will show how to make your own little pig. This little pig works up very quickly and uses only small amounts of yarn. The amigurumi crochet pattern is written in UK crochet terms, complete with clear instructions and pictures to help you along the way. Some parts of this little pig are crocheted in continuous rounds. This pattern is crocheted in light-worsted weight yarn and is approximately four inches tall. Enjoy.
