To begin with, as the name says on the box, this 8-petalled beauty is a classic of the kind. In particular, I like the border around the flower tat really delineates it.

African Floral Granny Square
Of course, African flower crochet is also another beautiful addition. Therefore, let's enrich our collection of 3 square ideas with this timeless, yet au currant design.
Flower Power Granny Square
I'm celebrating the granny square day with my crochet flower granny square! Granny Square Day is an international online celebration of this iconic make on Instagram. I have designed a crochet flower granny square especially for this day! It consists of a sweet flower motif in the middle. The subsequent rounds are then worked to the back of the flower making it pop out and 3D. Lastly, it has a couple of rounds of lacy crochet stitches to finish it off.
8 Petal African Flower Blanket
However, if subtlety is called for, this African flower square is IT. Overall, this is a masterful, understated blanket making use of this design.
