"It is a funny thing how fast time flies. I had this toddler dress crocheted, pattern tested and ready to go a year ago. But I kept putting different patterns out before it until it was winter and a little too cold for this dress. So this cute little dress hung in my craft room until this fall where I had to remake it because little girls grow fast! For this dress, you will need to know how to chain, double crochet, and increase. The ruffle sleeves require that you know how to make a magic circle but I have a simplified method you can learn easily."

But for this one, I've already got a lot of positive feedback because I decided to ask my fellow crocheters on Facebook what they think about my brand new dress while I was doing it and I got dozens of positive feedback. It's a wonderful feeling to know that your audience likes your design while you are actually in the creation phase. From now on, I think that I will try to gather feedback before I start crocheting my new design. After all, I make all my designs for you and your little princesses, so knowing what you love before I even start crocheting it the best thing to do. Below, you'll find Princess Sara crochet baby dress free pattern in sizes 0-3 and 3-6 months. This design is suitable for beginners and advanced crocheters.
Halter Ruffle Dress Crochet Pattern
There are many different ways to construct a crochet dress. This one uses a ruffled halter at the top, which is a really unique design, and it is beautifully complemented by the ruffle at the bottom. It comes in two versions - short and long - and is sized for ages 0-5, so it's a very versatile crochet dress pattern that can be used again and again.
Dandelion Tunic Dress
This simple tunic pattern was designed with speed and ease in mind. Somehow, even amid the usual chaos of life with a toddler, it practically flew off my hook. That's why I named it the Dandelion Tunic- it seemed as if it popped up almost overnight! Considering how incredibly fast little ones grow at this age, that's very important. I purposefully simplified the ribbing by using only front post stitches. I added a row of pretty little eyelets as well, to give the dress a hint of lightness. The improvised eyelets up top do double duty- they add a bit of breezy elegance, and help shape the yoke without using slower, bulkier decrease stitches. This dress will use just half a skein of Caron One Pound Yarn in the 4T size.
Sashay Ruffle Skirt
Little girls will look darling wearing this Sashay Ruffle Skirt in the spring and summer months. Use Red Heart Sashay yarn to complete this free crochet pattern. The directions are written for sizes 2 and 4, but can easily be made into a smaller size by simply using less chains for the waist. Matching pink ribbon gives this pattern the perfect finishing touch.
