Dip-dyed Soap Cozy Or Small Gift Bag

"This adorable little bag can be used as a soap cozy (gift with homemade soap or facial scrubbies!), a favor/candy pouch, or a small gift bag (gift with a new pair of earrings or gift bag!). I worked in the back loops to create the fun ribbed pattern paired with a color block of cream and a summery, bright green. This cozy took me just under 45 minutest to work up, and just a small amount of yarn."

Dip-dyed Cosmetic Bag (or Crochet Hook Pouch)

"This is the fifth design in my Dip-Dyed series - a cosmetic bag, or crochet hook pouch! This bag features a fun ribbed pattern, two color blocks, and uses simple crochet stitches. I don't often carry around a purse, and am not really a make up person, but I do enjoy using my bag for crochet hooks, and other essentials - yes, I keep a nail file in my hook bag as an essential! I recommend cotton yarn because it's more durable, and this bag will most likely see a lot of use, and being pulled and pushed around in a larger bag/purse, and you'll need just over an hour to put it together."

Dip Dyed Sunglass Pouch

"This bag is worked using a simple single crochet stitch worked into the back loop to create this fun, ribbed pattern paired with a trendy color block pattern. It's finished with a snap button, but an alternative to this would be to leave off the flap, crochet a chain loop instead, and sewing on a respective sized button. You'll need about 50 yards of worsted weight yarn - I've used Lily Sugar n Cream for mine. I recommend cotton yarn because it's more durable, and this bag will most likely see a lot of use, and being pulled and pushed around in a larger bag/purse."

Amaze Me Mosaic Soap Cozy

"This adorable little bag can be used as a soap cozy (gift with homemade soap or facial scrubbies!), a favor/candy pouch, or a small gift bag (gift with a new pair of earrings or gift bag!).You'll need some worsted weight yarn - I used Lily Sugar n Cream. As a soap cozy, you'll need 100% cotton, but as a candy pouch or gift bag, acrylic yarn is an option with one hook size up. This soap cozy took me just over 45 minutes to work up. There is a basic photo included breaking down stitch placement for the mosaic crochet technique - it's more simple than it looks."

Taryn Soap Cozy

"This Taryn Soap Cozy is an easy tunisian crochet project perfect for pampering yourself, or gifting with a handmade bar of soap or facial scrubbies!), a favor/candy pouch, or a small gift bag (gift with a new pair of earrings or gift bag!). You'll need some worsted weight yarn - I used WeCrochet Dishie. As a soap cozy, you'll need 100% cotton, but as a candy pouch or gift bag, acrylic yarn is an option with one hook size up. This soap cozy took me about 1.5 hours to work up, and uses the Tunisian Simple Stitch, or TSS, for the majority (minus the eyelet row)."

Pineapple Soap Cozy (or Small Gift Bag)

"I thought the criss crossed diamond stitch pattern was appropriate for the pattern/texture of a pineapple. This little bag is excellent for using as a soap cozy (gift a homemade soap with it!), candy/favor pouch (for a tropical party!) or as a gift bag (gift with some Summer themed earrings). You'll need about 70 yards of worsted weight yarn. I used Lily Sugar n Cream for my bag. If your bag will be a soap cozy, you want cotton yarn, but as a gift/favor bag, any yarn works. For reference, I had my bag ready in about an hour."
