This colorful and bold baby blanket will make every stroller walk so much more fun! It's great for first time tunisian crocheters, because it uses an elongated crochet hook, that mimics the look of knit stitches. If you combine this beautiful technique with a classic granny stripe, you will get amazing results! What's more, the finished size is 25 x 36”.

TagsAfghan Beehive Baby Blanket
Bees and beehives have been a recurring theme in my crochet life recently, and so have Tunisian crochet puffs. With the Tunisian Beehive Baby Blanket, I brought together my passion for bees and puffs to create this beautifully textured baby blanket. The pattern uses three different Tunisian crochet stitches that are the Tunisian simple stitch, the Tunisian reverse stitch, and the open Tunisian puff stitch. There is a tutorial on how to crochet the open puff stitch. You will need a Tunisian hook with a wire extension to accommodate the entire blanket.
Bobble Stroller Blanket
There are tons and tons of patterns for crib-sized blankets and receiving blankets, but I haven't seen many that are small stroller blankets. I wanted to make this Bobble Stroller Blanket for my cousin, and she's always on the go. She needed something small enough to grab and go, but that would still be big enough for her baby to use. This blanket is just the right size for taking with you, and unlike a lovey, it can actually be used as a blanket. Let's get into how to make this free crochet baby blanket pattern!
