This whimsical blanket is made by combining my Windy Square and Pinwheel Square patterns with 2 different joining techniques and a simple striped border. The puff stitches, cables, Jacobs ladders, and 3D pinwheels add lots of texture for baby to play with, while the back side of the blanket is smooth against babys skin. Its made with Anne Geddes Baby yarn and comes out really soft and squishy. This yarn comes in whole range of colors, and the pattern includes some suggestions for alternate color combinations.
