Here is a crochet dog potholder pattern. I used 8 ply wool, which is light worsted in the US. Be careful not to use synthetic wool as it would melt. I used brown, and darker brown for the ears, pink for the tongue and white and black. I used a 2.5mm crochet hook but you could use what you're most comfortable with. You will also need scissors, thread, a sewing needle and a darning needle. There's also a free video tutorial for this pattern available as well.

Here's a fish scrubby pattern that's 7" x 3" (17cm x 8cm). There's also a video tutorial on my Youtube channel. I've used 4 ply cotton and a 1.25mm crochet hook but you can use different sizes depending on what you're most comfortable with. Blue, black, yellow and a very small amount of white 4 ply crochet cotton. (Cotton would be better than synthetic) A crochet hook, I used a 1.25mm hook. Scissors. A darning needle to weave in ends. Sewing thread and a needle to stitch the body fin and eye onto the fish. 2 x 6g scouring pads (about 2” or 5cm across).

Shamrock Potholder
Create this beautiful crochet shamrock dishcloth (and pot of gold dishcloth) or potholder (directions for both)! The dishcloths are made with 100% cotton yarn, following a simple chart. Directions are for both dishcloths and can be combined to make a beautiful potholder. The final dishcloth measures approx. 7.5 X 7.5".
