My very first afghan square design! I needed to design a 12" afghan square for a collaboration with another designer, but for the life of me I couldn't come up with a design. Then it hit me! Cables, I need to design a cabled afghan square to stay true to myself. That's when the Cabled Blooms afghan square was born. I love the solid version, but admit that the multi-colored version is great as well. The design includes a couple plains rounds of single crochet at the end that you can omit if you'd like.

English Garden Afghan Square
The English Garden Afghan Square is a crochet granny square that features rows of unique stitches and bright, vivid colors. This crochet square would make a perfect accent square in a crochet granny square afghan, and would look great in any color.
From the Designer: "This square is gorgeous! It has a decidedly geometrically organized look, like a formal english garden and the color combinations just speak of the blooms in a garden. Come Together Square Free Crochet Pattern

Cabled Corner Square
This is the 2nd square for the Patchwork Mystery Crochet Along. This square is very unique. It is a 12” by 12” corner to corner square with a traditional cable pattern. Right Round Square
The Right Round Square is a free crochet 12-inch square pattern that I designed for the Wedding Blanket Crochet Along with the Red Heart Joy Creators! This square also works well for the MooglyCAL - just use the same size hook as you have for your other squares and omit the last round if needed for size. Alternatively, you can make a blanket of all this pattern or mix and match for your own custom creation! Or of course, you can mix and match it with any squares you like for your own custom creation! Circle of Life 12" Square
This is a fun square with a braided circle added at the end to represent the circle of life. Lots of lace and texture to make it interesting in combination with others or on its own for an afghan or bedspread, but if you aren’t feeling inspired for such a large project, try two of them together to make a throw pillow or line them for a really cool tote bag!! Designed in worsted weight yarn
