The baby doll hat and mittens crochet pattern is beginner skill level. You'll need to know basic crochet stitches. Additionally you'll need to know how to increase/decrease as well as knowing how to work into the back loop only. To make the baby doll hat and mittens I used deep red DK (weight 3) yarn and a 4mm crochet hook.
