I was happy to make this a beginner pattern. You will only need to know how to half double crochet, single crochet, and increase using single crochet. The only technique I would not call a beginner technique is how to crochet into the side of rows. I have a video below to teach you this technique or you can simply skip this part of the pattern. The shape edges may look a little rough but they will still clearly be a triangle and square.

When we completing all my parts separately, then join all the parts into the wrong side sweater and then work for the neckband and border for sleeves and sweater.
