Double Crochet Ripple Stitch Afghan

This Crochet Ripple Afghan blanket was easy and fun to make. This beautiful crochet pattern looks so nice on my couch or just to cuddle up with. I created a single crochet afghan tutorial a few years ago and I had so many ask how to create an afghan with double crochet so I decided to create this pattern. I uploaded crochet video to help along with this pattern. I love how it turned out.

Crochet Peephole Chevron Lapghan Pattern

Using the classic chevron pattern, I designed this solid color lapghan that you can work up quickly and keep your lap warm when working at a desk or sitting in your favorite chair. It is also a wonderful pattern to work for someone who is in a wheelchair and doesn't need the full size afghan. I decided to use the peephole chevron stitch for this pattern because I wanted something with more drape and that felt a little more open. Since I was using one color and a super soft yarn, I wanted to have those peepholes in the pattern to give it a bit of interest.

Parker Cozy Blanket

I love making blankets. As they grow, they keep me super cozy and that is pretty much the reason I designed the Parker Cozy Blanket - because I was cold that day. True story! I love the Parker Cozy Blanket because it has both a cozy and open style of stitching so as not to create a blanket that doesn't allow for some air flow. It is perfect for those cozy nights on the couch! The Parker Cozy Blanket is great for every level of crocheter because it has a wonderful rhythm to the stitching that lets you really get in a groove and will fly off your hook!
