Cuddles the Crochet Unicorn

Learn how to crochet a unicorn with this lovely little pattern for babies. This free crochet pattern uses Bernat baby blanket yarn, making the final product extra cuddly and perfect for little ones. Additionally, this pattern uses a yarn design for the eyes instead of plastic pieces, ensuring that it is safe for even the littlest cuddlers. Crochet animal patterns like this unicorn make fantastic baby shower gifts.

From the Blogger:"Cuddles is made up of 9 elements - four legs, body, head, two ears and horn. You can work them in any order you like! Before each element is complete, you will need to add stuffing (before the opening is too small). Once each element is complete, I recommend attaching them in this order - front legs to body, head, back legs, ears and horn. Once you have attached all of the elements, bring cuddles to life by embroidering the eyes and adding a mane and tail!"

Heirloom Doll Dress

Now that you have made your Heirloom Crochet Doll, you will want to make a crochet doll dress of every color to go along with it. This little dress works up so fast and is the perfect addition to an heirloom doll gift. I have several doll dress designs drawn out for the Heirloom Doll, but I decided to start with a dress that does not require any buttons or Velcro to fasten it around the doll. This makes it safer for young children, like my 22 month old daughter.

Pug Puppy Pals

A whole litter of puppies is just waiting for you to work them up for your own collection or as a stuffed animal for your little one! The Pug Puppy Pals are tiny, adorable, and easy to crochet. These crochet amigurumi perfectly capture the fun personality of pugs-and bring a whole new meaning to the idea of "teacup-sized" dogs. The crochet puff stitch gives the amigurumi pattern that typical wrinkly look that makes everyone want to wrap pugs up in a big hug, so it's a good thing crochet is well suited for cuddling. The design even lets you decide to crochet a standing or sitting pug so you have some nice variety in each set that you make.

Tiny Baby Ghostie Ghost Amigurumi for Halloween

Looking for a fun, easy, and quick crochet project to whip up for this Halloween season? Well, look no further! This tiny, baby ghostie could be the perfect little one to make! Add a string, perhaps with a tiny bell inside, and hang him up around the house! The only drawback is that this little ghostie is probably not very good at spooking anyone, since he's so itty-bitty and cute! With a face like that, it'll be hard to draw out some blood-curling screams!

Frankey Keychain

The pattern is written in U.S. crochet terms, complete with clear instructions and pictures to help you along the way. Frankey is crocheted in continuous spirals without joining the rounds. I suggest using a stitch marker or different color yarn to keep track of each round. Frankey is crocheted in worsted weight yarn and is approximately two inches tall. Be aware that size may vary depending on the yarn and hook size used. Gauge is not particularly important, just be consistent with the tension you are using. And most importantly, have fun!
