Not too long ago, I stopped in my favorite coffee shop when inspiration struck! I saw a woman come in with a wristlet and I remembered everything I love about the lowly wristlet. It is small. It's convenient. It says ‘I'm busy, I'm important, and I'm stylish'. And right then, I knew I was going to design a buffalo plaid wristlet and use amazing purse hardware. It's what gives this wristlet her sassy edge, don't you think? Let's spice up the winter wardrobe this year!

Hazel's Market Bag came to me because I was in need of a simple bag that would carry a lot of stuff, but that wouldn't just be a gigantic bag if it were mostly empty. This bag sort of stretches to carry what is needed, but then springs back when not weighed down. I love it and I have many of them around the house. We use them for the farmer's market buys, library books, and as church bags. I've made many for gifts, and sold even more.

Create this gorgeous puff tote bag! This bag works up quickly and uses 7, 2.5 oz of 100% cotton yarn. I used Lily Sugar'n Cream yarn in 7 colors. Each skein will be enough to complete each color sequence on both sides with a little bit left over. You will crochet directly into the zipper for this project (this part is super easy!). Just poke into the zipper with an awl or sharp thicker needle and insert your crochet hook in the hole and crochet as usual. You will work both sides then sc pieces together with an outter seam. The finished bag measures 21″ wide and 14″ tall. You can add a lining if you plan on using the bag for smaller items, for larger items the bag will be fine as is. Enjoy the free pattern!

With school quickly approaching, I thought I'd make a Fox Drawstring Bag to go with the Pencil Case I made. I used Bernat Softee Chunky yarn and a 10mm hook. This pattern design used basic stitches of single crochet and half double crochet - so it's perfect for the beginner to tackle and make, as well as, a super cute project for the advanced crocheter to make. Change up the colors and it easily converts to a wolf bag. Fun, cute, easy and quick - perfect combo for the perfect bag for kids and adults!!!

This backpack is crocheted from recycled plastic bags. It's a great crochet pattern if you are environmentally friendly. This is a perfect pattern even for a beginner.

Rose is the color of the Lion Brand Homespun yarn used to make this cute purse. Flowers are crochet separately and then sewn across the top edge of the purse. This is a fairly quick project to do as it relies mainly on half double crochet to make up the purse's body.
