Super Fast Scarf

If you're in a hurry, this Super Fast Scarf is the perfect easy crochet scarf to make using super bulky yarn. If you crochet it lengthwise, you can make it into a trendy infinity scarf by seaming up the ends. Another option is to skip the seaming and make it into a traditional scarf. This free crochet pattern features a neat design of alternating stripes of a simple v stitch. Any girl would be lucky to have this stylish scarf in her accessory closet.

Callaina Tunisian Lace Bolero

The crochet Callaina Tunisian Lace Bolero is a great project for Spring and Summer. It's a great project to try Tunisian crochet, because you'll just make a rectangle, and don't have to worry about complex increases or decreases. For this project you're going to need 1 skein worsted weight hand dyed yarn, the one pictured is Baad Mom Yarns, Practical Mom. The bolero can be made both bigger and smaller by changing how many stitches you start with, making this a very adjustable project.

Crochet Tooth Fairy Pouch

These Tooth Fairy Pouches are great for kids that are starting to lose teeth and need a safe place to keep them until the Tooth Fairy visits! They can also help bring comfort to an experience that can also be scary for kids (like getting teeth pulled at the dentist). On the back of the Tooth Fairy Pouch, you'll find a perfectly sized little pocket where the teeth can be safely kept. The pocket is also large enough to put a small treat, some coins, or a folded bill, depending on what the Tooth Fairy's going rate in your home is (*wink). The Chained Arcade Shawl

I love this shawl! The final product has a lovely drape, partially due to the chains that link the two panels together. The idea for the chains came because I wanted to have the two arcade panels facing each other. I tried a variety of ways to link the panels and this was my favorite. I think any worsted weight yarn will work with this pattern. You can adapt the pattern to my length and height or increase the number of panels. Enjoy!

Mini Crochet Doily

This Mini Crochet Doily measures only 13 cm (5,1 inches) across and has only 10 rounds. It is crocheted with cotton thread No 20 and 1,25 mm hook. This cute doily is so small that can be used as a coaster. You can use this free pattern to create doilies in a variety of colors and with different yarn weights. These delightful mini doilies will instantly bring colorful and fun vibes in your home. Besides your chosen thread and crochet hook, you will also need a needle to weave in loose ends and a pair of scissors.

Alpine Scarf

I have described this scarf as a men’s scarf because I find it so difficult to find crochet patterns suitable for men. However, it is really a unisex scarf as you can mix and match the colours to suit personalities. The lovely texture comes from Alpine stitch, which once you have laid the foundations, it a great stitch to chill out with and you will find this scarf grows while your mind wanders. If you chose to only use one shade of grey, you will need one and a half to two balls, rather than the one listed in the pattern.

Buttoned Plaid Cowl

This warm and comfortable crochet cowl will be a handy accessory to have during the cool fall months!

From the blogger: Plaid just seems to be the best pattern when you are looking for something rustic, cozy, and stylish. The Buttoned Plaid Cowl adds a nice pop of color to an outfit without being too bulky. I decided it was time to work on a project for the men in my life. This Buttoned plaid cowl is a light accessory and can easily be worn 3 different ways. Follow the graphs to help understand the color changes for the plaid design.

Ragged Falls Poncho

This time of year is tough in Northern Ontario. The mornings are below freezing, but the afternoons warm up nicely, although there is still a definite chill to the wind. Perfect poncho weather! You can slip it easily over your head, they are cinch to layer over clothing, and everyone loves the way they fan out when you twirl. Who can argue with that?! Please note that all my patterns are written in standard American terms.
