Minecraft Ghast C2c Crochet Block

If you have a Minecraft lover in your life, this is the blanket for them! Based on one of the most popular video games of all times, the Minecraft C2C Crochet Afghan will be appreciated by all fans. The Minecraft Ghast C2C Crochet Block is the 10th in a 12-part series. If you prefer a smaller blanket, choose 4, 6 or 9 blocks from the list. This block is stitched using standard C2C crochet. Each finished Minecraft block measures approximately 13 inches square and stitches up in about 3 hours for the experienced crocheter.

Twisted Cup Cozy

The Twisted Cup Cozy is a quick and easy beginner-friendly pattern. This is the perfect pattern for craft fairs and markets. You'll use under 35 yards of yarn and less than 30 minutes to make your own cute twist coffee sleeve! For the tutorial, You Should Craft used Brava worsted weight yarn and an H 5.0 mm crochet hook. However, you could substitute any worsted weight yarn or even use scraps from your yarn stash.

Crochet Pocket Shawl

Crochet Pocket Shawl is so cozy for the fall and winter months. I love how soft it feels when I wrap around me and the pockets are so practical. I uploaded a video if you need more help. In the photo I did chain of 220 and with a K hook. I think I may have gone too long, so if you want it to be shorter I would suggest chain of 200. I used 2 Caron Latte Cakes Horizon Blue Yarn.

Shay Coasters

The Shay Coaster is an easy crochet project worked in simple single crochet stitches. You can also use this little square as a mini washcloth too. You'll need just a small amount of worsted weight cotton yarn per coaster, making this a great stashbusting/scrap yarn project. I used WeCrochet Dishie Yarn for mine. If you are only making a coaster that will house a cold or hot beverage, you can use acrylic yarn (like Red Heart Super Saver) as an alternative with an I9/5.5mm hook - just do not put anything fresh from the oven on the acrylic coaster, or you will melt the fibers and risk burning yourself. I was able to work up one coaster in just under 20 minutes.

Simple Shells Washcloth: Quick and Easy Textured Stitch Pattern

The Simple Shells Washcloth is made with alternating rows of solid stitches and groups of shells, creating a pretty surface for scrubbing anything you need in the bath and kitchen! This washcloth is worked in rows using chains and double crochet stitches. You can easily customize the stitch repeat in multiples of 5+2 (+2 for the turning chain), then work any odd multiple of rows. While you don't see the term shell in the specialty stitch and technique section of this pattern, the group of five double crochet stitches worked into one place is a shell. Either way of writing the instruction is correct, and we hope beginners enjoy the simplicity in this version (the stitch chart should help, too). THIS IS A GREAT PATTERN BECAUSE: Washcloths are fun projects to learn new crochet stitches (especially when you follow our crochet chart with the written instructions)! You can use these in the bath or kitchen (plus, they make great gifts)! This project works great with cotton yarns (just one skein or less)! You'll get to practice a lot of crochet skills: rows, stitch tension, stitch counting and recognition, shells (5 double crochet stitches into 1 space) , borders, gauge and size, finishing techniques and more!

Tablemats/placemats And Coasters Set

This set of tablemats and coasters crochet pattern is very easy and quick to create. I have made 3 sets of these, for gifts, which were gratefully received. They can be made in any colour of double knitting yarn, and make a thoughtful present. One 100g ball of yarn can make 4 tablemats, depending on how tightly you crochet. The coasters match the placemats and are just as easy. They are a perfect first project and are very useful.

The pretty picot edging adds a beautiful detail to this spring crochet shawl with a wonderful drape. This is a very feminine and elegant accessory that can be a perfect gift for mother, sister or friend. It looks gorgeous just in any color and type of yarn, without a doubt. You could use self-striping yarn like I did here, or make it in a solid color. So many possibilities!
