Wings Of Prayer Shawl pattern

This is an easy and free crochet pattern for Wings of Prayer Shawl with photo tutorial in each step. This is a gorgeous shawl in fan design stitch that compliments the design as it gets bigger. The concept of the wing design becomes more obvious when you view the shawl from the back. This Wings of Prayer Shawl is crocheted in flat, start in the upper middle towards the bottom of the pointed shawl. You may easily modify the sizes by just adding the repeat rows indicated. This shawl is in 4 rows repeat. This is easy enough for beginners just having a cluster and picot knowledge in crochet.

Dreamy Scarf

This scarf is so soft, fluffy and squishy, it is in fact “dreamy”. The Dreamy Scarf is warm too, perfect for those brisk days. I decided to leave the scarf's edge plain, but I think this one is the perfect candidate for a fringe too. The pattern stitch is a super easy one row repeat that creates a horizontal bar and nice texture. I've used this stitch in blankets before and really love how easily and quickly it works up. Approximately 8” x 66” (Sizing easily adjusted) Designed in worsted weight yarn

Children's Heart Sweater Crochet Pattern

If you're looking for a sweet crochet sweater to make for your kids, this Children's Sweater is perfect. It has a big crochet heart in the center of it. This falls into the list of great crochet patterns for beginners. Because it's so small and is made up of single crochet, anyone can make it. It's a great project to learn a new skill from. This sweater pattern uses the same technique as a graphgan. There's a crochet graph of a heart that you follow while working. You'll learn how to crochet a sweater and use the graphing technique with this smart crochet sweater pattern.

Baby Doll Hat And Mittens

The baby doll hat and mittens crochet pattern is beginner skill level. You'll need to know basic crochet stitches. Additionally you'll need to know how to increase/decrease as well as knowing how to work into the back loop only. To make the baby doll hat and mittens I used deep red DK (weight 3) yarn and a 4mm crochet hook. Don't forget it's important to remember to do your gauge swatch before starting if you want your hat and mittens to fit.

Dahlia Shawl

For the Dahlia Shawl / Scarf, I've combined several simple crochet stitches that add both a nice texture and drape. The size is easily customizable so you can crochet it and wear it as a shawl or triangular scarf. For this triangular crochet shawl, I chose Lion Brand Yarns Turnstyles, a self-striping, bulky mohair-look yarn, and all of the colorwork was done for me which made this a perfect crochet project for binge watching my favorite TV shows.

Gwendolyn Doily

I love granny square projects! This doily was designed to match the shape of a rectangle wax warmer, but the beauty of this doily is that it can easily be made larger or smaller by adding or substracting granny squares. You'll need some worsted weight yarn - I used Lily Sugar n Cream because it's durable, and machine washes and dries well. If you intend on using with warm or moist items, I recommend the cotton (or wool), otherwise any fiber works. This doily took me just over an hour to work up.
