I couldn't resist making another Candy Dots blanket with all of these fun Bernat Bundle Up colors! I've loved this yarn since it first came out earlier this year, so I was very excited when I finally got my hands on all these different colors. Bernat Bundle Up is a 100% polyester yarn that is so soft and snuggly and I love the way it works up for baby blankets!
My adorable grandbaby Jack is going to be a bumblebee for his first Halloween! My daughter-in-law Elizabeth asked me to crochet him an outfit and hat and when she asks me to crochet anything for this boy I'm over the moon excited and so happy!
We are getting prepared to welcome a new baby! For now, his name is baby T and all of us here on the farm are so excited to meet him this December. He will be the first grandchild on both sides of the family. So much love already for this little guy.
I found a really pretty pattern on *Yarnspirations the other day called Botanical Crochet Dishcloththat I thought would be perfect as a fall hot pad. I think these are always nice hostess gifts to bring along with me to dinners or get together with friends or family so I'm always making a few in my spare time.
I didn't even think this blanket would turn out as amazing as I saw it in my head, and now I want to keep it for myself. But, alas, I made this for my older sister and I'm so thrilled that it will be hers and I know she will love it.
This is a special one! It's finally going to be for my very first grandchild. As many of you know, I've been crocheting for the day to become a grandma and that time is quickly arriving. My son Tanner and his wife Elizabeth are expecting a boy in December of 2020.
We have been so excited to be asked by Michaels to celebrate National Crochet month by making a project with beautiful yarn from Michaels.com!
I used a new version of Bernat Baby Velvet called Baby Crushed Velvet. I love the tie-dye look of this yarn! I used Hannah’s Modern Hearts baby blanket pattern to celebrate my love of crochet.
I've made a daisy blanket for our very own book and I couldn't be more excited to share this project with you!
I've always had a dream to publish a children's picture book and luckily I have a very talented sister who is an artist and helped me make my dream a reality.
Making quick and easy hot pad (pot holders some might say) as gifts have been so fun. We like to make them to go with the Daisy Farm Kitchen recipes that Annie is making too. (She is posting all of our grandma’s delicious recipes, look under the Recipes heading under Menu.)
