Wildflower Chunky Shawl

"The Wildflower Chunky Shawl features some super easy crochet stitches and is such a lovely design especially with some tassels added in for a bit extra on the ends. Originally i was going to make this a pocket shawl but the holes/gaps are just a bit too big to be adding pockets on top of but i think with this beautiful color and stitch work i don't think it needed it in the end. This chunky shawl pattern is a 6 row repeat and works up incredibly quick especially done in this yarn, i literally crocheted this in a couple of hours and then added the tassels on at the end and that was it finished so if you need a quick chunky shawl for a special occasion i have got you covered! This pattern is perfect for beginners and for the more advanced crocheter."

Granny Triangle Crochet Shawl

"This is perhaps the easiest of the triangle shawls in crochet, and with this pattern and the video tutorial it's suitable for even the earliest beginner! Start with a chain 4 and work your way from the top down and the center out, and you can make it as large or as small as you want, and use any type of yarn as long as you have an appropriate sized hook! This is also a great primer or reinforcement of the skill of making a granny square as this type of shawl is referred to as a half granny."

Strisce Ruffle Edge Wrap

"The easy crochet ruffle edge on this wrap really makes a statement. Combined with the textured post stitches, it's stunning. Have I mentioned how I love the front post stitch? It's one of my favorites. The texture it creates is so visually appealing. The front post double crochet is also a pretty stretchy stitch, so it worked perfectly in this wrap. The pattern repeat is quickly established and you'll be able to watch tv or listen to your book while crocheting away."

Bettendorf Shawl

"The Bettendorf Shawl is a fun combination shawl and poncho! Featuring a classic shape in a versatile and wearable size, the Bettendorf Shawl and Poncho will be your go-to garment for those in-between weather days. Because of the simple yet interesting construction, this shawl/poncho is also a perfect showcase for that pretty, colorful yarn you've been eyeing. Featured stitches include the foundation half double crochet (fhdc), which will be a great addition to your stitch repertoire (and there's a tutorial on the blog!)."

Lightweight C2c Geometric Shawl

"This pattern is for an easy C2C (corner to corner) rectangle shawl perfect for cool Summer nights. I used Bernat's Softee Baby Cotton Yarn for this shawl, and came up with the geometric design while I was at JoAnn's looking at the color options available. I packed the yarn up to take with me on vacation, and had a lot of fun making this design come to life - makes me want to work everything up in a geometric pattern! You can definitely use other fiber choices in place of cotton, but you will need to go up a hook size or two."

Montagna Shawl

"The Montagna is an easy rectangle shawl crochet pattern. This open design uses filet crochet to achieve a lightweight design that is perfect for a summer shawl. This crochet shawl pattern features a subtle mountain, or “montagna” in Italian, outline. The main shawl stitch is filet crochet, or double crochets and chains. The mountain outline is simply made with blocks of double crochets together. They stack, or overlap in a triangular shape to achieve the mountain design. "

Hawthorne Tonal Crochet Shawl 2

"Want a relaxing crochet shawl with a beautiful repeat? I mean, you can't say no to that, right? When I was on the WeCrochet website, something that happens a lot, I was looking at these two colors of yarn and thought they would go beautiful together as a shawl. So they jumped right onto the delivery truck, and I stalked the mailman until I could have the pretties to whip up the Hawthorne Tonal Crochet Shawl. "

Crochet Cowl

"This crochet cowl is as beginner friendly as it is cute. I used a crisscross stitch to give it a little more texture but the pattern is still very simple and easy. I used Berroco remix in a #4 weight and a 5mm hook, but feel free to use any comparable yarn. This crochet cowl pattern is meant as a standalone or as a matching pair to my crochet twisted headband pattern. This project is just over a skein of yarn, so it makes for a pretty great scrap yarn buster. "

Love More Wrap

"My friend Diane is a true romantic. She loves life, and chooses to be happy. A few years ago her husband, Will, was diagnosed with brain cancer. Because her laughter and positive attitude have been so influential to me, I prayed that she would not lose her laughter, even in the midst of the storm. My Love More Wrap was inspired by all the things Diane has taught me about love. LOVE OFTEN LOVE DEEPLY LOVE INTENTIONALLY LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY LOVE MORE.…"
