Love is in the Air Valentine's Cowl

This project is worked flat in rows before being seamed into a cowl. To finish we work around both the bottom and top edge. This project is easy to crochet. If you do not have Aran weight yarn please feel free to substitute a medium weight yarn - gauge is not imperative for this project. The stitch multiple is 4. This is a very simple heart stitch made up of puff stitches and chains :) Perfect to use for this cowl or even for larger projects like blankets or wraps.

Pentapoint Wrap

I love a good triangle shawl and I love an oversized wrap - so I made both with this Pentapoint Wrap! The pentapoint refers to the points of the five granny triangles that make up this design. It's a good project to use up yarn scraps! I'd love to see this with some prints and patterned yarn mixed in with solid colors some day. The large tassels add a little glamour to this project.

One Hour Spiral Scarf

This boa-style scarf only takes about an hour to work up, and after some practice, you may even be able to work it up in less. The Net Yarn Spiral Scarf Pattern is a great project if you are just learning how to use net yarn. There is a video available, which is ideal for visual learners. Boa-style pieces are popular scarves for women, and would be a great addition to your inventory, if you're participating in a craft sale.
