So now with just one cake of yarn you can have a stunning set to fancy up your get-up. You can also make more with other stash yarn. Make a whole set for the family! These hats are super cute and fun to customize with bows, flowers, or other embellishments. The sample in the pictures has a loom flower."

Crochet Beanie/hat Pattern

"Crochet hat which looks like its knitted is a wonderful option to work on if you want to impress your friends and family. This beautiful hat is worked from bottom to top using a 5mm crochet hook and double knit yarn. It can be worked with any yarn and choose a hook size accordingly. The hat is worked in single crochet and double crochet. I've used 2 colours for the hat but it looks equally gorgeous in one colour. Add a ready-made or hand-made pom pom to create a complete look. Snowcapped Beanie

"This fun puff stitch, snow scene inspired beanie was made to match a cowl I made (the Snowcapped Cowl). It's made with Red Heart's With Love, so it's soft and squishy, plus with one skein, you can make multiple hats. As far as snowy scenes go, I think this set would look great with aqua, blue or gray as the main color, or any color combo really! I was able to make the adult small size in about an hour and a half. You'll need to know how to double crochet (DC), front post double crochet (FPDC), and back post double crochet (BPDC). The Puff Stitch is explained."

Madeline Crochet Beanie Pattern

"his is a great crochet beanie for beginners. I used only a few basic stitches and it's worked flat so you don't have to worry about shaping. Also, the ribbing and the super bulky yarn of this pattern means that it fits all sizes. I know some people don't really believe that “one size fits all”, and with clothing, I would agree. But this beanie has so much stretch when you need it to be larger, AND it shrinks back down when you need it to be smaller, so it really does fit anyone. And when you're working a crochet beanie for beginners, you don't really want to mess around with sizing just yet. "
