Pentapoint Wrap

I love a good triangle shawl and I love an oversized wrap – so I made both with this Pentapoint Wrap! The pentapoint refers to the points of the five granny triangles that make up this design. It’s a good project to use up yarn scraps! I’d love to see this with some prints and patterned yarn mixed in with solid colors some day. The large tassels add a little glamour to this project.

Daisy Center Granny Heart

Next, here is proof that you don’t have to choose between hearts and flowers while looking for a perfect base for your lovely project. Better still, this heart granny square is not a square at all, but it is heart-shaped and has an inset flower. They look amazing in pastel shades but you can go for something bolder as well.

This project is a calming and meditational floral display for your wall. While that may seem a little wasteful, it’s not. Surely, art needs no reason, and the best wall hanger patterns are artful.

Watermelon Hat

Here is a tutsi-frutsi summer hat that is absolutely adorable. Indeed, what can be summer-themed than a cool, juicy watermelon on a hot day? Moreover, it’s made absolutely complete by the black bow, a touch of class and sass.

Haylee Hand Towel

Handmade hand towels are a favorite of mine. I love to make them, display them and use them in my kitchen. This hand towel is an easy, beginner friendly project that features simple half double crochet stitches. It's perfect for the kitchen, or the bathroom, and looks great in a solid color or stripes - you can even pull out your cotton scraps, and stashbust. I use my hand towel purely for drying my hands and decoration, but if you use yours to clean up messes, keep in mind, they may stain your fabric. I used WeCrochet Dishie Yarn for mine, but you're favorite worsted weight cotton yarn will do. For reference, I had mine ready in just under 4.5 hours.
