Thinking Of Spring Crochet Afghan

Thinking of Spring Crochet Afghan is helping me get through these winter days of cold weather and snow. I just love how the soft sage, off white, and rose yarns look together. Reminds me of new grass, tulips, and melting snow. Columns of double crochet and skipped stitches create pretty open squares that look like window panes. Add a block stitched border and one last round of the sage yarn to finish off the gorgeous blanket. If you compare the photo above where I just started adding on the border and the photo below where the border is complete…I just think the edging makes this entire afghan pop.

Oasis Baby Blanket

I went for gender neutral colors and used a bobbly stitch that would work no matter what colors you choose. Plus, this crochet baby blanket pattern is a great stash buster. You can use any yarn you have and create a different color bobble row to use up your scraps! For mine, I went with blues and greens. I had several different shades and only about a skein and a half of each so it worked out. Here is the Oasis Blanket, a fun blanket pattern that's perfect for moms on the go.

Changing Tides Throw

This gorgeous throw features some great texture and mesmerizing colour changes! Made with Caron Simply Soft yarn, this blanket is a great weight and length, perfect for cozying up under on a colder day or night. The stitch featured in the pattern is the alpine stitch. The stitch pattern is worked alternating double crochet and front post double crochet stitches. Other stitches you will see in this blanket include the single crochet and half double crochet stitches. The design is worked in rows and made up of 12 blocks that are crocheted together at the finish."

Ellie Baby Blanket

Combining Tunisian crochet, big/squishy baby yarn, and a simple single crochet border creates a fun and easy baby blanket that looks complicated but isn’t. Mixing a couple Tunisian stitches gives you a basket weave design in the center, reminiscent of knitting, and allows for a dense and cozy finished piece. The multiple is included in the pattern if you'd like to go bigger and make a very cozy lapghan or quilt. You may sell all finished products made from this pattern; however you may not share, sell, or distribute this pattern in any way, in whole or in part. I would greatly appreciate a link back to my shop or this pattern anytime you sell this item online.
