Blue Hawaiian Baby Blanket

This blanket is designed with a grouping of simple stitches combined to produce a lovely texture that is completely reversible. The blanket looks great in solid colors as well as stripes. I chose to make wide bold color block stripes, but you could do this in any combination you like. I sized this as a baby blanket at approximately 32” x 42”, but I provide the stitch multiple in the pattern so you can adjust it larger or smaller. Designed in worsted weight yarn.

Stripey Days Baby Blanket

I made this crochet baby blanket pattern in about a day and a half, just working on it in the evenings as I watched TV. I absolutely love how cozy and plush this baby blanket is and that it only took me a little while to make. Because this blanket was made with the scraps that I had, it was also an awesome stash buster and helped clear out a lot of space to use this thick yarn. If you make yours using up your stash, it may look a little different just depending on what you have, but you can also use this pattern for a number of other yarns and colors! It's a really versatile blanket and it's all HDC, perfect for an easy "break" project!
