This blanket is made with up of only two stitches - Tunisian Simple Stitch and Bobble Stitch. This was my first time making a baby blanket with velvet yarn. While it worked out beautifully, I did take some time figuring out which bobbles work best with this yarn. You can read more about it in the pattern :) This pattern is very easy to make and you can either follow the pattern chart or the written instructions. I have included a printable chart if you would like to only print that and work off of it.

When I decided to make the next blanket, I decided to make one for toddlres and especially for girls in white color. I designed this blanket with puff and beautiful shell stitches. I also added a border to the blanket and made it toddler blanket size. The finished size is about 44 x 43 ins, but feel free to size it up as you wish.
