Easy Granite Stitch Mittens

These simple mittens are soft and stylish for Fall, or Spring. The pattern is worked bottom up, with the wrist band sewn on separately. These mittens are designed to fit teen's and women's hands and there are notes for adjusting the length as well as the wrist circumference. The Granite stitch, which is easy to learn, is known by several different names: the Moss Stitch, and the Seed Stitch being the most common. It gives a knit look because of the way the stitch is worked.

Evermore Fingerless Mittens

These pretty fingerless mittens work up so fast (less than an hour) and they have great texture. The yarn is super soft and does all the work with the variegated colors. I love fingerless mittens because they keep your hands warm while allowing you to grasp whatever you need. I have a coordinating hat in this stitch pattern as well, and the two pieces make a great set! Worked in #6 bulky weight yarn. Sized for adult.

"foreigner" Fingerless Mittens

These mittens are crocheted in one solid piece. Since the pattern is the same on both sides, the mitts can be crocheted in the same way, just turn one of them out later. You can also knit one, starting from the palm, and the second - from the outside (as if reading the description from the end to the beginning). You can make mittens in any size. You need to add a few rows to make them bigger. You can also make the mitts longer or shorter. English subtitles are in the step-by-step video → youtu.be/568J4iccgEc
