Ridged Crochet Fingerless Gloves

Here is another free pattern of crochet fingerless gloves! It's a simple design and easy enough for beginners! The design is similar to the fingerless gloves I previously shared with you with a different type of crochet stitch. The type of stitch I'm using here is commonly used for ribbing on cardigans, jumpers/sweaters, hats/beanies etc. The stitch makes an elastic, soft and stretchy fabric which makes it great for fingerless gloves! Materials used: medium worsted #4 yarn and 4.5mm crochet hook

Scrap Buster Fingerless Gloves

These fingerless gloves were made for busting those scraps! You'll only need a very small amount of yarn for each row. Not interested in going “color crazy”? That's ok, these gloves will look great whether you are using just two colors, or a different color for each round. The most important thing is to have fun with it! For a size adult small/medium, use a J hook. For a size medium/large, use a K hook (in worsted weight). Gauge listed was worked with a J size hook.

The Frosty Ridge Crochet Fingerless Gloves pattern is a great quick, stash busting project for fairly experienced crocheters. This pattern coordinates with the Frosty Ridge Boot Cuffs pattern. You will need one skein of worsted weight/medium yarn, a size H/5mm crochet hook, and a yarn needle for sewing. I used Caron Simply Soft, but any comparable yarn will work.
