"This top is crocheted with a lightweight #3 yarn from Lion Brand called Truboo. It is a beautiful bamboo yarn this has a gorgeous drape. This top is perfect for the summer months. The double crochet mesh stitch provides an open and airy look making it ideal for the warmer weather. This top can be worn off the shoulder or on both. Pair with a tank and jeans or wear it as a swimsuit cover up. This pattern is considered a beginner pattern. All my patterns are written in English and use American Standard terms. Knowledge of basic crochet stitches are required for this pattern, such as single crochet, double crochet and slip stitch. Very little sewing is needed for this pattern. Easy Peachy Bikini Cover Up Top
"The past week I've been wearing my Peachy Bikini Cover Top out in the garden and have realised that although I designed it as a bikini dress, it works perfectly over a simple strap top and shorts too! I've only ever worn bikini covers when I've been on holiday but now I'm determined to find other ways to style them, I think it could work with jeans and heels too? The stitch pattern uses a mixture of filet crochet technique (not tricky I promise!), slip stitch details and long stitches for the neckline which are really easy to master - if you can work a regular UK treble/US double then long stitches are no problem at all, I'll talk you through it too."
