Child Tilted Tunic
Something I have always wanted to design is sweaters and the By the Bay Tunic gave me the perfect opportunity too. Now we are going to summer so I didn’t wanna design anything bulky because this top was designed to throw over your tank and head out. The By the Bay Tunic is worked in two pieces from the bottom up and then seamed together. This tunic has not only a beautiful texture and came out even better than I imagined it is simple to make!
"Crochet yourself a gorgeously textured tunic with this free crochet pattern! Don't let the complexity of this beautiful design put you off, it's easy to make and includes special stitch tutorials. This tunic pattern includes instructions for making ladies sizes from XS through to 5XL. The length and arm circumference can be customised for the perfect fit. You will need: Worsted weight yarn (UK Aran) - approx. 1100 (1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1700, 1800, 1900) yards, 5.5mm crochet hook, A Stitch Marker, Yarn needle, Scissors, Measuring Tape."
The best thing about a crochet poncho pattern is that it uses really simple shaping-usually just joining a few rectangles. This smart design combines that approach with some added length to create atunic-like silhouette.
