Harvest Fields Throw Crochet Pattern

This Harvest Fields Throw is a gorgeous textured marvel! Worked in rounds and measuring approx. 54” wide, it is the perfect lapghan size and looks beautiful draped over a chair or couch. If worked in a lighter weight yarn, this would also make a beautiful baby blanket for a sweet little girl.

Fields and Furrows Afghan

I love the Fields and Furrows Afghan. It is the perfect crochet project: You can sit for hours and crochet along without worry of changing color. It is designed specifically for Cake Style Yarn and the texture hides the color changes. All you have to do is crochet along. Fire up the Netflix or your favorite TV show and you are ready to go! Here is what you will need: - About 1900 yards worsted weight yarn (5 Caron Cakes or other cake style yarn). - US H8/5mm crochet hook or a size hook appropriate for your yarn - Tapestry needle and scissors

"The Harvest Throw Crochet Pattern is a super easy and cozy blanket to make! It is a perfect crochet pattern for the absolute beginner. You will love to curl up under this blanket on a cool evening. This blanket is crocheted using one of my favourite crochet stitches called the moss stitch. The moss stitch is a stitch pattern made up of single crochet and chain stitches. This blanket is worked as one piece. The fringe at either end is an optional embellishment. The pattern includes both a written and video tutorial."

Marks In The Snow Throw

"This throw was inspired by freshly snowed on fields and different marks that can be found on such blank canvas, be it regular pattern of shoes soles, car tires or strange and wonderful animal marks. The yarn gives off slight sheen reminiscent of freshly snowed on fields reflecting the morning winter sun. Similar bulky weight yarns may be substituted; please check gauge. Beginning ch 2 does NOT count as stitch in Celtic weave st pattern. Beginning ch 2 DOES count as stitch in Waffle st pattern. Pompoms are added in each corner at the end. "
