Woodland Animals Baby Blanket

"As you guys know by now, I love c2c crochet projects! I am especially excited about my latest free crochet baby blanket pattern: my Woodland Animals baby blanket. Each of the 12 crochet animals is a c2c crochet blanket square. Pictured top to bottom and left to right, the animals are: raccoon, hedgehog, opossum, mouse, bear, wolf, skunk, fox, squirrel, deer, owl and bunny. If you're not up to the task of crocheting twelve animal graphs, you could easily turn any of the c2c crochet blanket squares into a crochet pillow. Just follow the instructions from my Fox pattern."

C2c Butterfly Blanket

This free crochet pattern is for a C2C Butterfly Blanket. This pattern is made using mini C2C which are half double crochet stitches as well as Brava yarn from WeCrochet. The pattern includes a full video tutorial for the mini C2C technique. If you've never done C2C before, don't let it intimidate you! It's fairly simple to get the hang of it once you get a good rhythm going. C2C is a wonderful technique to learn!

"This adorable koala throw would be perfect for any koala bear lover or as a unisex baby gift for the wildlife nursery! Using the mini hdc c2c crochet technique the Approximate finished size: 32” x 37”. Could be made larger just by using the standard dc c2c method. C2C in crochet usually means corner to corner where you crochet your work from corner to corner and this time using the diagonal box stitch. This C2C blanket uses a lovely color combination that creates a nice chevron pattern.

To complete the baby blanket, you have to make 6 of each accent color squares and join them together using the Mattress Stitch.

C2C Bunny motif will be perfect as the Easter project, but if you use a neutral colors, it will be nice blanket for a baby shower gift or all year round home decor.
