"Today I am sharing with you a cute fluffy baby blanket with you all: Loops and Ridges Baby Blanket. This baby blanket has a textured loopy blanket framed by a plain, solid border. The size of the double loop stitch used on the blanket can be adjusted in size and the rib border can be made narrower or thicker. And just to make it easier for you, I also created a full video tutorial that guides you step by step on how to crochet your own Loops and Ridges Baby Blanket. I designed the blanket using DK (light worsted #3) yarn because of the full texture of the blanket, but if you want a thick and warm blanket, you can switch to Aran (worsted #4) yarn."

Bubble Burst Blanket
The bubble burst blanket is great fun for children for both playtime and bedtime. It has rows of large bubbles to burst and the blanket border has smaller bubbles the also pop out. The large bubbles are made by making individual squares which are crocheted together during the project (no-sew). The smaller bubbles on the blanket border are made using the popcorn stitch (instructions included). You can make the blanket as small or as big as you like by simply adding or removing squares. Aran/worsted (weight 4) yarn. I used ‘Stylecraft Special Aran' in the following colours and approximate amounts: Red: 393m/430yd Yellow: 196m/215yd Pink: 196m/215yd Green: 196m/215yd Orange: 196m/215yd Purple: 196m/215yd Blue: 196m/215yd Total: 1568m/1720yd Supplies you will need: - Crochet hook 5mm - Sewing needle - Aran/worsted yarn - Scissors Recommend skill level is easy/intermediate. The pattern is written in USA terminology. You will need to know basic crochet stitches (sc, hdc, dc, tr) as well as the popcorn stitch. Instructions for the popcorn stitch are included. Double Waffle Crochet Baby Blanket
I would like to share with you my latest creation - this little Double Waffle Crochet Baby Blanket. It turned out so soft and squishy with a beautiful spongy texture. I used the Double Waffle Crochet stitch and I love the texture it has created. I didn't make any border around the blanket as I like it as it is. But I can imagine a simple border in white or even the same colour would look pretty cute too.. Materials used: light worsted weight yarn and 4.5mm crochet hook.
