A Shade Of Grey Hat

Hats and Beanies

"I was aiming for a simple “knit look” hat which works up super fast but it looks like you've spent ages making it. This would make a great Christmas present. Secondly, it would be a perfect craft stall best seller as it works up fast. The free crochet hat pattern uses waistcoat crochet stitch that gives the make a knit look. I used super chunky yarn so the whole hat takes about am hour to make."

I love fall and winter hats that come in colorful and vibrant combinations like this one by Erica Dietz. That's because they are so cheerful comparing to the grey and dull weather outside. This beautiful beanie by Erica Dietz comes in a great shade of green (take a look at the pictures) and is a bit slouchy, so perfect for everyday wear.

Easy Striped Crochet Baby Hat Pattern

Hats and Beanies

"This cute pattern is made using a simple design with two stripes at the bottom and a textured border. I like to use light shades such as mint and grey for mine, but you can choose any colors. These crocheted hats use a series of basic crochet stitches. They all add texture and style to this otherwise simple baby hat crochet pattern. This is a great crochet newborn hat. I made the knit blanket for my daughter’s gymnastics coach who is expecting. This hat baby beanie would be the perfect addition to my gift."

"This month for our October CAL, I have designed a softly bobbled hat pattern for you to make. This crochet hat is easy to crochet and the fabric is made up of primarily double crochet stitches and bobbles. We crochet this project as a rectangle before seaming it into its final shape. This project is suitable for advanced (or determined) beginners. The 2021 Sweet Serenity Hat is crocheted with Drifter Aran yarn sent to me by King Cole. Last week’s matching triangle scarf pattern also uses this yarn, along with a 5.5 mm (I) hook. I chose to use Alps (Shade 4180) and the colors of pink, blue and white are muted and calm. Sizes: Small Child, Child, Teen and Adult (Medium and Large)"
