The double crochet mesh stitch provides an open and airy look making it ideal for the warmer weather. This top can be worn off the shoulder or on both. Pair with a tank and jeans or wear it as a swimsuit cover up. This pattern is considered a beginner pattern. All my patterns are written in English and use American Standard terms.
