Skeleton Throw Blanket

Skeleton Throw Blanket

If you are looking for some more adult, classy Halloween home decor, look no further. This spooky Skeleton Throw Blanket is creepy, cozy and fun but not too dark, scary or childlike. It's perfect to snuggle up in on those chilly fall evenings. It's made using Lion Brand's naptime yarn in white and pale grey and an H/8/5mm crochet hook. You can follow the c2c pixel graph or the written instruction (left or right handed!).

Diamond Quilt C2c Graphgan

The Diamond Quilt C2C Graphgan is a crochet pixel blanket pattern with a modern look that features (almost) all the colors of Caron Little Crafties! Or you can use all those special odds and ends of your favorite colors and remember your favorite past projects - like a real quilt! Of course, I also needed a background yarn - and Caron Simply Soft is the perfect yarn to combine with the Little Crafties! I chose white, but I think this blanket would be amazing with black or gray as the backdrop for the diamonds. Just switch out the black or gray diamonds with the white Little Crafties skein! Both written instructions and a graph are included. I tried to match the colors in the graph to the actual yarn colors and create a random-ish arrangement, but of course, you can rearrange these colors however you like!

Jack-o-Lantern Blanket

Nothing says Halloween like black cats and jack-o-lanterns! Halloween is my favorite Holiday so of course I just had to design a Halloween themed blanket. This blanket is made using the traditional corner to corner method. You can follow the written instructions (I provide both starting points: starting from the bottom right corner or bottom left corner) or you can download and then print the PDF for the pixel graph (this is my preferred method).

Haunted House Blanket

Haunted House Blanket

If you're looking for a spooky Halloween blanket crochet pattern, look no further! My latest free crochet pattern is this Haunted House themed corner to corner Halloween blanket. I am really happy with how this crochet blanket turned out. It was definitely worth the work of weaving in those ends. My kids are already fighting over it. We are all Halloween lovers in this house. I think it would be a fun crochet gift for a Halloween loving child, friend or family member. It would also make an awesome baby shower gift for a Halloween baby.

Unicorn Character Afghan

I am so excited to share that my Unicorn Character Afghan is finally done! I had so much fun with the entire process; from designing the pixel graphs to crocheting and watching each graph look more and more like each unicorn character. My free pattern includes a pixel graph and a written pattern for each of the four unicorn characters: llamacorn, unicorn, caticorn and puppycorn. I used worsted weight yarn (Red Heart Super Saver) and an H/5mm size crochet hook.
