The scalloped edging and overall design of this seashell-inspired square will definitely remind you of those summer days spent at the beach. This Seashell Granny Square Pattern can be used to create a crocheted afghan or can be doubled up and used as a trivet. Soft blue and green tones would also make this an ideal choice for a baby blanket for either a baby boy or girl. It's an intermediate crochet pattern to work up using worsted weight yarn. This is a must-make crochet pattern if you have a beach house or live near the ocean.

Ocean Granny Square Afghan
The Ocean Granny Square Afghan is made by crocheting solid granny squares in 3 different shades of blue and white. The following appliques are made: octopus, jelly fish, puffer fish, star fish, shark, dolphin, sea turtle, sea horse, sting ray, coral, tropical fish, clown fish, sea shell, whale, and crab. The appliques are sewn onto the surface of half of the granny squares and arranged in a checkered pattern. The afghan measures 30" x 36" making a baby sized blanket. However, the afghan may be made larger by making more squares.
Aubrieta Bloom Afghan Square
I've been wanting to make a garden inspired afghan for awhile now. I was envisioning various floral afghan squares all pieced together. After playing around with some designs, I worked out this Aubrieta Bloom Afghan Square crochet pattern and I'm really loving it! I really hope you guys love it too! Since the written pattern can be a bit wordy, I also included a stitch diagram of the square for those of you who like to follow along in a more visual way. Enjoy!! Crochet Snowman Granny Squares Blanket
A couple of years ago I made the Snowman Granny Square. And updated the pattern this year (2016) with my newest blanket pattern I made using these squares together. These smiling snowy faces can stay looking at each other in this Christmas all the time! Attaching these Snowman Granny Squares together, you can make any size blanket or afghan. It means this is a free size pattern. And also Snowman Granny Square Blanket can be worked with your favorite yarn weight. I used sport weight and made 20 squares. These all squares I joined with Join As You Go (JAYGo) method.

Year Of The Tiger Granny Square
Hello everyone! Wow, how time flies by! 2022 is here, and January is almost over. So it must be time to add a new granny square to my collection. It's the year of the tiger this time around, and let me tell you, it was a real challenge for me to make this one. I spent so many days researching both real, and crocheted tigers trying to come up with a good design. What I found more intriguing and charming was the white tiger rather than the orange one; they are quite majestic looking, their cubs are super cute, and to be honest with you, their color scheme can be interpreted somehow easier than the more known orange tigers. I hope I've caught your interest with this year's zodiac granny square of mine. Wish you all happy and warm days!
