Hexi Askew Square
This 12 (30.5 cm) square starts with a hexagon. Crossed double crochet and popcorn stitches add texture. This square was designed for the sixth annual Moogly Crochet Along. Materials Red Heart With Love yarn (100% acrylic, 7 oz/198 g/370 yd/338 m) - 1 skein each in 1502 Iced Aqua (CA), 1803 Blue Hawaii (CB), and 1441 Light Gray (CC), or approximately 55 yd (50.5 m) in CA and 32 yd (29 m) each in CB and CC in any medium weight yarn. US Size J-10/6 mm crochet hook, or size needed to obtain gauge. Yarn needle. Stitch markers (optional). Gauge Motif = 12 (30.5 cm) square in pattern. Exact gauge is not critical for this project
Great Star Coral Square
This textured 9-patch granny square was designed for the Wedding Blanket Crochet Along with Marly Bird. C2c Enamored Heart Afghan Square
"This afghan square can be used for a variety of projects including throw pillows, blankets, shawls, wall hangings and so much more! I used 20 yards of Red Heart Super Saver in Buff (6 Yards) and Soft White (14 Yards) for mine because I love Super Saver for home products as it's durable and washes well. I had mine done in about an hour and half, but it really flew by. While the overall gauge isn't important, it is important that the gauge for both yarns that you use are the same. I had to use an H8/5mm for my Soft White, and I9/5.5mm for my Buff."
