I love being able to make things for specific needs. Recently I decided a hanging towel would work perfectly in our trailer bathroom. The only problem is there is a hook and not a bar to wrap a tabbed cloth around. I finished the top off with a D ring instead and it is just right. Of course I needed some cloths to match. Oven Mitt Set Crochet Pattern
It's holiday season, which means a lot of us are going to be spending more time in the kitchen. Cooking up feasts and helping the family prepare for guests. So, in the spirit of the season, I've stitched up an Oven Mitt Set. It's perfect for baking pies or roasting a turkey. The set has a pattern for a pot holder and an oven mitt worked in a half double crochet V stitch. I made mine using a Berroco Pima yarn which is 100% cotton. It's a 4 ply yarn which adds extra cushion (perfect for an oven mitt) and it's soft and luxurious too.
30 Minute Ice Cream Sleeve
