Adjustable Freeze Pop Sleeve

It’s sunny, hot, and time for a popsicle (or an ice pop, a freeze pop, an ice lolly; whatever you want to call them)! If you have kids, or you frequently participate in craft shows, this is probably the best stash busting crochet pattern out there. This adjustable freeze pop sleeve is a quick and easy crochet pattern to make plus it sells like hotcakes at craft fairs! It only takes about 15 minutes to make! This is a great stash busting project so all you need is a small amount of medium weight yarn. I suggest that the fiber content be either cotton or acrylic. You will also need a 4mm crochet hook.

Kids Ribbed Hat

For this free crochet pattern i used blohdc stitch, if you are a beginner you are probably wondering what the heck is a blohdc? Well it stands for back loop only half double crochet, so all those hdc’s you have been practicing will come in handy for this pattern. To explain the back loop only bit better is if you do a crochet stitch like a hdc or a dc then you face the top of the stitch like looking bird’s eye view,on top of the stitch you will see two loops a front one which is closest to you and a back one and when you go to work a stitch on top of the stitch you made you will go under the back loop of it which is the one furthest away and it’s really that easy!

It requires only a small amount of yarn, meaning you can use up scraps and create a beautiful present.
