Fall Placemat and Coaster Set

Happy Fall Y'all! When I set out to design this pattern, I intended for it to be a throw pillow cover. After making it in single crochet (scroll down for pic) I decided that it was too small and redid it using half double crochet. I think it looks much better. I was also happy to find out that it ended up being the perfect size for a placemat. So, I decided to go with it and I designed a matching coaster. You could still use this pattern as a pillow cover though!

Bea The Bunny Keychain Crochet Pattern

Bea The Bunny Keychain pattern is the perfect crochet pattern for bunny lovers. Skill Level: Beginner The pattern is written in U.S. crochet terms, complete with clear instructions and pictures to help you along the way. Bea the Bunny is crocheted in continuous spirals without joining the rounds. I suggest using a stitch marker or different color yarn to keep track of each round. Bea the Bunny is crocheted in cotton DK yarn and is approximately 2.5 inches tall including ears. Be aware that size may vary depending on the yarn and hook size used. Gauge is not particularly important, just be consistent with the tension you are using. And most importantly, have fun!

Scrappy Stripes Triangle Shawl

Bust through your stash of scraps with this easy, single crochet triangle shawl. Make it in a bunch of different colors like I did, or just a few. A self striping yarn would be perfect for this pattern. You will need approximately 800 yards of worsted weight yarn, depending on how big you want your shawl. Use a size L (8mm) crochet hook to give the shawl a nice drape, since single crochet tends to be on the stiff side. If you are doing shawl with crazy colors or a lot of stripes, do NOT wait until the end to weave in those tails. Trust me!

Sand Dollar Coasters

The Sand Dollar Coasters were first published in Happily Hooked Magazine in 2018. It took a lot of trial and error and many ugly sand dollars to finally arrive at these. The sand dollars on the beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico were so awesome and inspiring, I knew I had to make one. And not just one, enough of them to decorate my patio table in the summer months. These coasters use fpdc, dc, tr, and crab stitch to make a texture-rich, whimsical pattern for Summer decorating.

Claim your beverage or keep score on your game with this free and quick Cricut craft and crochet pattern! The Chalkboard Crochet Can Cooler (aka Coozie or Coolie) is a simple pattern that's perfect for using up leftover bits of 100% cotton yarn - like from the Beer Growler Cozy, made with Red Heart Scrubby Smoothie! Then, Chalkboard Vinyl from Siser can be cut with a Cricut Maker (or just household scissors!) and ironed right onto the cooler. You can use this to write your name to prevent mixups, or keep track of the game you're playing… or how many drinks you've had! Of course, the chalkboard iron on is optional - but it's a lot of fun! Linked stitches in the Color B section provide a firmer background for the iron-on, but if you are skipping that portion, regular dc stitches work just fine too!
