Baby's Favorite Blanket

The double V-stitch is a pretty crochet stitch that can be used for scarves, cowls, shawls and in this case, blankets. This easy crochet pattern known as Baby's Favorite Blanket will quickly become just that: baby's favorite blanket. Light green or any crochet color can be used to work up this delightful design. Your baby will love to snuggle in this crochet blanket, just as any baby would. Make one for your own or give it as a gift; a blanket like this is great for baby showers.

Crystal Waves Gingham Blanket

What is better than a gingham blanket? A textured gingham blanket. This blanket has been designed with the gorgeous Crystal Waves stitch. There is no carrying yarn behind your work and the pattern tells you exactly how to work up this blanket easily without tangling your yarn or pulling your hair out. Pick two colors that are very close in shade and cream or white to make this gingham blanket in any color you would like.

Silver Squares Blanket

The simplest designs are often the best and the Silver Squares Blanket is a perfect example of that. A classic yet modern design that is packed with texture and beautiful drape. The simple repeat gives you a wonderful blanket of front post stitches and chain spaces that create squares of texture that run through the design. A great project for beginners to stretch themselves with and more experienced hands to sit back and relax with.

The edges feature single crochet, double crochet and a crab stitch border.

Crochet Bundle Up Candy Dots Blanket

I couldn't resist making another Candy Dots blanket with all of these fun Bernat Bundle Up colors! I've loved this yarn since it first came out earlier this year, so I was very excited when I finally got my hands on all these different colors. Bernat Bundle Up is a 100% polyester yarn that is so soft and snuggly and I love the way it works up for baby blankets!

Crochet Crushed Velvet Hearts Blanket

We have been so excited to be asked by Michaels to celebrate National Crochet month by making a project with beautiful yarn from Michaels.com!

I used a new version of Bernat Baby Velvet called Baby Crushed Velvet. I love the tie-dye look of this yarn! I used Hannah’s Modern Hearts baby blanket pattern to celebrate my love of crochet.
