Sky Walk Tunisian Chevron Shawl

"The shawl is a great accessory for chilly mornings and late evenings when you only need a little something over your shoulders. In the spirit of the theme of the colour of the year, this colour combination is reminiscent of the many shades of blue of late evening and night sky. This pattern was featured in Happily Hooked Magazine July 2020. The shawl is worked flat with RS always facing; the pattern consists of alternating three colour sections: 6 rows in MC, 3 rows in CC1, 6 rows in MC and 3 rows in CC2. The first and last colour sections are in MC."

Elmview Shawl Crochet pattern

"The Elmview Shawl is worked from the bottom point up using mearsurements. This gives the crocheter plenty of flexibility to experiment with different yarn weights. This pattern also includes a video tutorial. This time of year is a bit tricky. I don't usually think of May as a time to wear scarves, but up here in Northern Ontario it can still get quite chilly. Actually, last week it even snowed. A shawl worn like a triangle scarf is the perfect solution! "

Traveling Vine Crochet Cable Shawl

The vine shawl is a first ever seen of it's kind. Just like the many species of newly discovered plants, we can discover new ways to transform our yarn. While I'm still working on my green thumb as an aspiring gardener, for now I find the vines in crochet are longer lasting. This pattern uses a new cable technique called Infinity Crochet Cables. There are no holes or gaps and the cables pop on the background fabric.
