Scarfie Bandana Cowl Free Crochet Pattern

When I began designing the Scarfie Bandana Cowl, I only had intentions on making it in adult sizes until I received a request for child sizes as well. She said she really wanted to make a mommy and me set so that’s when I decided to add in the toddler and child sizes. I had been dying to use one of Lion Brand Scarfie’s latest colorways, Mint/Silver, ever since it came out so I grabbed the yarn, grabbed my hook and off I went to swatch. As I was swatching I fell more and more in love with this self-striping yarn and knew it was the perfect yarn to bring my vision to life. If you haven’t crocheted with Lion Brand Scarfie yet, you really should go pick up a ball today!Scarfie Bandana Cowl Free Crochet Pattern

Skill Level- Advanced Beginner Hook- 5 mm H hook Other- Yarn Needle, Scissors Yarn- Happy Sheep “WoolPower” from Hobbii Yarns (Other yarns: Any size 4 weight yarn. I would suggest a yarn that has wool in it. Can be a blend, but the wool gives off the beautiful texture in this scarf.) Stonehaven Chunky Crochet Scarf

"The Stonehaven Crochet Chunky Scarf Pattern works great for whipping up a quick holiday gift or your next favorite scarf! All the stitches in this scarf are variations on a single crochet, making it a fairly simple pattern. Like most regular crochet scarves, this scarf is just one long rectangle, but you’ll be working the rectangle lengthwise. With all the variations in stitches you end up with amazing textural detail and ridges that pop, creating a chunky ribbed scarf."Stonehaven Chunky Crochet Scarf
