The pattern is great for beginners and can be made more elaborate by adding stripes, ribbon and flowers. Sizes are included for Newborn to 6-12 Months. Newborn size is recommended just for preemies and for brand-new babies (ei: going home from the hospital). The newborn size will not fit a healthy baby for very long!
