8" Tapestry Cup of Cocoa Afghan Square

12 months, 12 squares, and lots of fun tapestry designs. The 2018 Tapestry Square Afghan Project is going to be a fun way to try out the technique and make a fun blanket by December. Who doesn't love sitting under a cozy blanket, cuddled up with your favorite pet or spouse, with a book or a project on their lap, while sipping on something delicious and toasty in their cup? That's my favorite late Fall/ early Winter activity, especially when the weather outside is turning decidedly frightful. Let it snow, rain, or be windy, I'll be inside with my cup of cocoa and a good book.

Crochet Snowman Granny Squares Blanket

A couple of years ago I made the Snowman Granny Square. And updated the pattern this year (2016) with my newest blanket pattern I made using these squares together. These smiling snowy faces can stay looking at each other in this Christmas all the time! Attaching these Snowman Granny Squares together, you can make any size blanket or afghan. It means this is a free size pattern. And also Snowman Granny Square Blanket can be worked with your favorite yarn weight. I used sport weight and made 20 squares. These all squares I joined with Join As You Go (JAYGo) method.

Nordic Dove C2c Square

"Beautiful C2C Christmas crochet square pattern inspired by Scandinavian style decor. My Nordic Dove C2C crochet square is great for blankets, pillows or as a wall hanging on its own. I designed this beautiful C2C Christmas square as part of a special crochet along event celebrating the beauty of nordic style. This nordic Christmas square uses corner to corner crochet technique. It is also referred to as C2C for short. You work a box stitch diagonally from one corner to the other. "
