Stingray Purse or Pal

This cute crochet stingray is a perfect gift project to make for kids of any age!

From the blogger: "After making the Pocket Full of Sunshine and the Pocket Full of Rainbows purses, my daughter (who quickly took them over) requested a stingray purse. Immediately I thought, 'That's a fun idea!' As soon as I finished the purse base, she wanted to have it. She didn't even want to wait for the handle to be added. After our photo shoot with the purse, she requested I remove the handle. This made me think 'This could easily be a cute stuffed animal too!'

The Spring Sprig Bag Free Crochet Pattern

"This bag pattern is a perfect project for a confident beginner. It is worked from the bottom (base) up and uses basic crochet stitches. The base and top part of this bag are worked in the round (in a spiral). The main body part, on the other hand, though it is still worked in the round after crocheting the last stitch of the round, you have to slip stitch it into the very first stitch of that same round to join and then you will need to chain 1 to get the height of the next stitch. I’ve also included an option to add a detachable shoulder strap which you have the choice of crocheting your own strap or using a leather one."The Spring Sprig Bag Free Crochet Pattern
